Cheesy Thousand Island Dressing

Carbs Per Serving : 35g total Effort: Easy Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese ¼ cup ketchup 1 teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon relish1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons celery – finely diced 2 tablespoons green pepper – finely diced 2 tablespoons onion – finely diced 2 tablespoons olive oil How to Prepare: In a blender combine cheese, ketchup, oil and spices. Blend till smooth. Stir in rest of ingredients. Chill several hours.
