Chili Relleno with or without chicken

Serves: 3 to 4 Carbs Per Serving : not sure Prep Time: 20 minutes tops Effort: Easy Ingredients: 1 lb chedder cheese grated 1 lb monterey cheese grated 3(7 oz)cans diced green chilies 5 beated eggs 2 to 3 chicken breast cooked and diced (opional) How to Prepare: mix cheese cooked chicken and green chilies together in 9x13 inch baking dish pour eggs over and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
