Tofu Creme Brulee

Carbs Per Serving : 6g carbs total Effort: Easy Ingredients: 1/3 cup heavy cream 2 ounces tofu -- prefer silken, soft 1 Tablespoon splenda1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 dash cinnamon 1 large egg yolk How to Prepare: Microwave directions: In a blender mix all ingredients well until smooth. Pour into a 10oz glass ramiken and place into a larger glass bowl. Fill to about 1/2 way up the ramiken with hot water and microwave on 50% powder for 7 minutes or until set. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
