HEAVENLY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

1 pound loaf 3 tb Applesauce (butter)
3/4 c Water 1 tb Sugar
1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour 3 tb Instant Potato flakes
2/3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 ts Yeast
1 ts Salt
Good!! Crust: light. Bake.
