1 pound loaf 1/4 c Plain mashed potato*
3/8 c Milk 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Potato water 1 tb Applesauce (butter)
1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour 1 tb Honey
2/3 c Bread flour 2 ts Yeast
Crust light.
