Okay - so, provided you drink in moderation a cocktail every so often can certainly be considered 'healthy'!!!

Cocktail Name: Galway Grey recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
light cream

Method:

Stir all ingredients (except cream) together and pour into a cocktail glass. Float fresh light cream on top sprinkle with grated orange peel and serve.
