Okay - so, provided you drink in moderation a cocktail every so often can certainly be considered 'healthy'!!!

Cocktail Name: Gareth Glowworm recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1 tsp cherry brandy

Method:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the rum creme de cacao and heavy cream. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop the cherry brandy into the center of the drink.
