in moderation a cocktail every so often can certainly be considered
'healthy'!!!
Cocktail
Name: Iced Coffee recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup instant coffee 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup hot water 4 cups cold milk
Method:
Mix together until coffee and sugar is dissolved. Add milk. Shake well. Using a blender or milk shake maker produces a very foamy drink. Serve in a coffee mug.
