Okay - so, provided you drink in moderation a cocktail every so often can certainly be considered 'healthy'!!!

Cocktail Name: Venus Rum recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz soda water

Method:

Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Add soda add straws garnish with a slice of starfruit and serve.
