BANANA PEARBERRY SMOOTHIE
|
1 medium banana 1 cup pear nectar (Goya brand is very good) 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam (use Polaner all-fruit if possible) 6 ice cubes or. . . 1 cup of ice Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until all of the ice has dissolved and the consistency is smooth, about 2 minutes.
