BANANA SPLIT SMOOTHIE
1 cup nonfat milk 1 1/2 cups frozen banana slices 1/2 cups pineapple chunks 5 frozen strawberries 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder (to taste) Pour milk into the blender first. Add cocoa and then fruit. Put cover on and blend until smooth.
