CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
|
1/2 cups rice milk 1/2 cups silken tofu 1/3 cups creamy peanut butter 2 fresh bananas, frozen and sliced 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 6 ice cubes Combine the rice milk, tofu and peanut butter in a blender. Add the bananas, chocolate syrup and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 40 seconds. Makes 2 servings.
